Beginner Bowls Coaching
Our expert instructors provide top-notch coaching for beginners looking to learn the ropes of lawn bowls. Join our sessions to improve your skills and have fun with fellow enthusiasts.
Coaching sessions take place every Monday (not Bank Holidays) from 5:30pm.
Social Bowls
Join us for social bowls where you can enjoy a friendly game of bowls with like-minded individuals. Whether you're a seasoned player or just starting out, these sessions are a great way to socialize and have a good time whilst honing your bowling skills
Members can enjoy Social bowling every Monday (normally from 5:30pm but earlier on Bank Holidays)
and on Friday afternoons from 2pm.
Also, we play Friendly Matches against other local Clubs most weeks during the season.
Competitive Bowls Leagues
For those looking for a bit of competition, our competitive bowls leagues offer a thrilling opportunity to showcase your skills and compete against other players. Get ready for some intense matches and friendly rivalry!
We participate in the following leagues-
North West Essex Bowling Association
an Open (Men and Ladies) league played on Wednesday evenings
North Essex County Bowling Federation
an Open league played on Thursday evenings
Sudbury Mixed Triples League
an Open league played on Tuesday or Friday evenings
North West Essex Ladies Triples League
a Ladies league played on Monday afternoons
